Hannah Hotz

After earning both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education in the United States, I began my teaching journey as a classroom teacher and have since taught across a variety of grade levels. In 2023, I relocated to Switzerland, where I’ve continued my work in education and gained valuable experience within bilingual and international learning environments.

I joined Terra Nova excited to contribute to a diverse, student-centered community. I am passionate about guiding young learners through meaningful exploration, fostering their natural curiosity, and supporting them as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Creating a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels safe to express themselves, ask questions, and take risks is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I believe in nurturing the whole child and celebrating the unique path of each student. Being part of a bilingual, multicultural school, allows me to share my love for learning while celebrating the unique journey of each student.
