After school clubs
The Terra Nova Bilingual School is also here for our students after regular lessons have ended. A varied range of recreational courses after classes have finished makes it possible for children and young students to pursue special interests and talents. After school there is also the possibility to do homework and prepare for tests with the support of a teacher.

Description
In a playful and relaxed atmosphere, we explore how mental training works.
Children discover the power of their thoughts and how to use them positively in everyday life.
Together, we practise different mental techniques that can help in school, sports and leisure activities.
The goal is to strengthen existing abilities and uncover new ones.
Course Instructor
Eva Gössi is a certified mental coach who supports, guides and trains children and teenagers.
She helps them believe in themselves and their abilities, and encourages them to pursue their goals with confidence and determination.
