After school clubs
The Terra Nova Bilingual School is also here for our students after regular lessons have ended. A varied range of recreational courses after classes have finished makes it possible for children and young students to pursue special interests and talents. After school there is also the possibility to do homework and prepare for tests with the support of a teacher.
Revisiting Famous Artists

Description
Goal of the course: Once again, we will be revisiting some of the world’s most famous artists like Monet, Kahlo, Klimt and Hundertwasser. We will learn about the artist and create our own art in a similar style.
Through videos and story biographies we will become familiar with famous artists. We will look at their artwork and share our thoughts and ideas. Thereafter, we will create paintings copying each artist’s style.
Please note: Many of the artists and projects that we will focus upon have been covered two years ago.
Additional Information
Bring a painting apron/shirt that can be left in art club.
Course Instructor
Mrs. Iten teaches at Terra Nova and has always loved to complete art projects with her students and at home. She has completed a CAS at the University in Bern which was closely linked to encouraging creativity in children through art. She is happy to be able to lead this course!
